Enjoy a hot cup of ceremonial cacao to begin your retreat experience and open your heart and your creativity for a day of relaxation, creativity, & connection. Erin will share about the potency of winter and the power of introspection, dreaming, and connecting with our inner world during this cold, dark time of the year.
No water required--be immersed in healing sound instead.
And take home your own loose-leaf tea creation for enjoyment long after the retreat is over.
Erin will teach you her fun method for choosing essential oils that are harmonious to your own system and help you safely blend your own synergy to anchor your experience at the retreat--and to enjoy for months to come. One of the most fun aspects of this experience is that you will get to choose from many different essential oils in Erin's personal stash as a professional aromatherapist.
Restorative yoga is a gentle form of stretching where simple poses are held in a relaxed way. This will help to open up blood flow and the energy systems of the body, relax your nervous system, and help provide focus for the activities of the day. Yoga novices or those with physical concerns--modifications are available, and this form of yoga can be easily done in a chair.
Lunch and your choice of beverage are included in the price of your retreat.
Choose between a make-your-own bar of three different types of "bowls." This will include at least one gluten free option.
Beverages are also available from the coffee counter throughout the day.

Here's all the details of the day
Our day opens with a warm cup of ceremonial cacao as we gather for a cozy day together. Erin will share why winter is the season designed for introspection and how Eastern and Nordic traditions can be nourishing to our bodies at the coldest, darkest point of the year.
After this, enjoy with a focusing sound bath with Erin and some gentle yoga with Hollie Kuppler of Section 14 Fitness. All fitness and abilities levels can participate as modifications will be provided.
Next, you will learn how to create your own tea blend with herbal ingredients designed for gentle relaxation, openness, and creativity.
Our lunch is catered by the Tulip and will include your choice of three options to make your own bowl.
After lunch, have a chance to try out some of my favorite biohacking devices to give your well-being an edge. Enjoy a cup of the tea we created in the morning to warm yourself for the afternoon.
This will be followed by an intuitive essential oil blending exercise where you get to dip into the entirety of my personal stash of essential oils, creating a unique blend for yourself with my guidance. There will also be time here for some quiet introspection & journaling for those who would like this.
Our day together will be completed with a restorative yoga session with Hollie leading into an extended healing sound bath with Erin to help you find deep restorative rest and center.
