Arcadia Holistic School focuses mostly on digital products. No returns are available for digital products. Each digital product is either available through your course portal (sign into herbsoilsandsound.com and go to "Products" to access your courses) or as a pdf digital download which is available once your account is created.

Physical products are shipped within 3 days of purchase.

Due to the personal nature of Erin's hand-made products, no returns are available. If there are any issues with your order, please let me know within 3 business days of receipt to explore a refund or replacement.
