This intro class will teach you the basic principles from these three healing modalities to help you balance to your body.

This intro course is a pre-requisite course to the year-long Eastern Medicine Academy.

In this intro course I provide you an overview of Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Aromatherapy to enhance a nature-based lifestyle.
