Minimizing Microplastics for Improved Well-being

Learn about the rising health concern of microplastics, what they are doing in our bodies, and what you can do to minimize them. Learn herbal strategies to help the body cope with microplastics. Learn all about healthy & natural swaps for common household objects that shed microplastics into our food & air.

microplastics are a huge rising health concern--and we can't escape them

Microplastics are microscopic pieces of plastic that become embedded in our body tissues.

Microplastics have been found in every type of human tissue and discharge.

Microplastics are implicated through studies in a number of serious health conditions, including cancer.

We are only able to eliminate certain types of microplastics. We need to learn how to support elimination and also learn how to harmonize with them.

That's why I created this class

The idea that we can detox from microplastics is a misnomer. Why? Because we are always going to be re-exposed. Microplastics are in the air, the water, the food, in our fabrics, our furniture, and many of our common household objects.

This is why we must learn how to:

  • minimize microplastic exposure

  • learn how to clear microplastics from our air & water

  • swap out contaminating objects from our homes with natural materials

  • support our body's natural elimination processes with gentle herbal support

  • create resiliency in our body through circadian alignment and a strong immune system
