About your Individual Sound Session--$150

Sound sessions are 1:1 session during which I will use various instruments, energy work and emotional clearing techniques to help you rebalance your body, mind, and spirit. Aromatherapy will be included upon requests or will be suggested when I feel it will be helpful.

These session tend to be deeply restorative and are customized to you.

I work intuitively during the session to sense what needs rebalancing. My only guide is the Holy Spirit, and I consider this time together to be sacred space. All information shared and this experience is confidential.

These experiences tend to help an individual to get unstuck and to find new focus. They can often lead to emotional release and deep processing.

Sound Sessions last anywhere from 30 minutes to 1.5 hrs, depending on what I sense you may be needing. This is preceded by conversation between the two of us about your concerns and goals.

Sessions take place fully clothed and in my cozy, warm sound studio.

Cost is $150 paid at the time of booking.

What Clients are Saying

I had the privilege of sharing the experience of hosting a weekend retreat with Erin Oberlander, founder of Arcadia Holistic School. I emphasize hosting because Erin was initially contracted to only provide 6 hours of Aromatherapy and Sound Therapy—what happened, is she provided far more than a quantitative amount of time can invoice.

Erin exuded mastery knowledge in custom aromatherapy oil blends to core understanding of lineage and aromatic healing elements that are mandatorily unique to each person. She took a personal interest in spending active, connected and engaged time/focus in each person’s journey she created a blend for.

She also has the knowledge and ability to effectively communicate on various levels – the essence(s) of these blends and how the aromatic components work in direct relation with cognitive recollection of memory and to present moment feeling. She incorporated a Rife machine into the aromatherapy experience (note, her expertise in sound therapy was cross used in an aromatherapy session – dual benefit).

Erin showed exceptional knowledge and ability in sound healing – providing an auditory and vibrational journey with Tibetan and crystal bowls, drums, and gongs (and more... she has a versatile toolkit of her craft). It was a powerful experience, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to journey within. In a group setting – Erin works with intuition and action, her experience is noticed through natural ability to instinctively react, respond, and adapt to a group dynamic.

Working in collaboration with Erin has brought new perspective and life into my view of holistic wellness. Her ability to create experiences while weaving education and guidance throughout it is truly exceptional to witness. As a student with Erin for several holistic modalities, I feel safe and held to be vulnerable and receive her guidance. Not only is Erin dynamic in her ability to introduce complex methods so simply yet she has a gift for compassion and heart led service for each individual that crosses her path. I feel honored to create with Erin; knowing each time we collaborate she shows up in absolute service and in her creative genius. As a student of Erin , I have found a vessel of knowledge and guidance that continues to expand as I evolve.

My hope is that as many individuals have the opportunity to receive wisdom from her sound healing at least once in their lives as well as meet a practitioner who will always put people before product and curate individualized rituals to fit the complexities of each person’s individuality.
