This session is to help you begin to overcome these obstacles & find your confidence again.
Because my work has focused so heavily on healing modalities and apprenticeship in recent years, many of my more recent clients & followers are not aware that I have a Doctorate in Voice Performance and taught for many years at the college level.
What I have seen over the years, even from experienced singers, is that many of us have energetic blockages or woundings around our voice (especially women).
These are Coaching+ sessions because they include much more than traditional vocal exercises.
Depending on your situation, what you are working on, and what you want to overcome, these coaching sessions may also include energy work, emotional clearing, somatics, breath work, and healing sound.
We will also discuss biohacking for the voice and things you can add to your wellness routine to amplify your throat chakra and other energy centers in need of support so that you can feel you can use your beautiful voice confidently whether you are a public speaker, teacher, or musician.
Cost for this initial coaching session is $150 and will include an intake conversation where we discuss your goals and where you feel the need for support. This initial session will take at least 1.5 hours.
Follow up sessions can be booked as needed at $75 and will usually run about an hour.
Sessions can be booked in person or through Zoom for distance work provided you have a decent camera, sound, and connection. If you are local and want to meet in person, please send me an additional email to erin@herbsoilsandsound.com so I know you will be coming to my sound studio at Arcadia Farm for coaching.
Wondering about my qualifications? I have taught at North Dakota State University, Bemidji State University, Dickinson State University, and MSCTC in Moorhead, MN. My students have gone on both to public performing careers as well as successful teaching careers.
