👉🏻If you have been working on your health and aren’t seeing the results you were hoping for.
👉🏻If you are interested in living long AND well in your body
👉🏻You are interesting in biohacking and human optimization
👉🏻You love to learn and to have your brain exploded by information about the body you likely haven’t heard anywhere else.
👉🏻 You are becoming aware that our modern lifestyles with disconnection from natural cycles, artificial lighting, devices & Wifi, and frankenfoods are impacting our well-being.
In this class I will be introducing research & ideas from the emerging field of quantum biology that will help you to see areas of leverage in your daily routine that you have never tapped into before.
🤯Light, darkness, electromagnetic fields, grounding, coherence, seasonal & local nutrition, photonic energy, fascia as communication, what hydration actually is, how sound impacts the health of your tissues & your consciousness—these are just a few of the things I will be touching on in class.
As the seasons change, so too does your body, and this springtime change is a major challenge for many of us. Get a leg up for once and actually feel better, have better energy, and find more ease in your body. I promise, it’s maybe not as hard as you think.
A student shares her experience
"I couldn't stop smiling because I actually am so excited and proud of myself for taking the step to join class. I have a lot of information gathered without a lot of integration. I can feel myself moving towards integration and meeting someone like you, who also hit the high notes of my peak interest - fascia, sound therapies, nervous system coherence, helps me validate to myself that I am in the place where I can find a "mentor" and trust I made the in myself that I've made right choice. That was very wordy but I be like that sometimes. All that to say, I feel quite magnetized to you and that was a wonderful video! I look forward to what our future relationship holds."
